Mosaic Classes
Glass on Glass Direct Method $90
During this class, you will make a 10x12 inch "glass on glass" mosaic.Choose from our patterns or design your own. This project teaches the direct method. Most materials provided, including the frame. Cutting skills recommended, but not required. This project cannot be finished in a few hours, so there will be homework. *Grout session will be scheduled during class.

History of Mosaics $45
Module 1 is a lecture/demo about the history of mosaics thru the ages, a discussion of the tools and techniques used in a variety of styles, a "show and tell" about materials, their advantages and disadvantages, and a question and answer period. (Included in this class is a $15.00 voucher toward the purchase of glass for your first project.) Limit 8 students.
Vivian's Madonna Mosaic (pattern was adapted by the artist)
Tiled Reflections $75
Create this stunning fused glass tile mirror. We will use the same 10 x 10 wood base that we use for the Groutless mosaic, only you will design and apply fused tiles instead of raw glass. We will handle all the kiln firing and provide all the materials for your masterpiece. This streamlined class is organized in such a way that no fusing experience is required. Basic cutting skills will allow you to be a little more creative, but are not required.

Stepping Stone$79All materials included! In just one day learn to create a beautiful Stepping Stone. Using our pre-cuts and nipped glass your pieces will be poured and done in just a few hours. A fun introduction. No experience necessary. Limit 6 students
Items utilizing Mosaic and Stepping Stone techniques
Whimsical Groutless Mosaic - $99
In this new class, you will be working with new glues to create a groutless mosaic using beads, Van Gogh glass, and scrap glass (Provided by Prism). Students are encouraged to bring their own embellishments to personalize their creation. Embellishments may include, but are not limited to vintage/costume jewelry, beads, broken tiles, seashells, etc. Stop in to see the example! (Additional goodies will be available for purchase.)
