Classes will begin promptly as advertised. Because of heavy construction in and around the Toledo/Maumee area, we ask that you please allow for delays when traveling to Prism for your class.
Basic Skills Classes
Skill classes are typically one session and allow students the opportunity to gain and increase a specific skill set. These classes are geared to meet individual needs and will not contain more than six students. Additional or alternative private sessions are available upon request.
Glass Cutting 101 $40
Glass cutting is a basic skill that is a must if you are working with glass or plan to. During this skills class you will learn the basics of glass cutting including tools, safety, pattern cutting, and grinding. Whether you are doing stained glass or plan on fusing, classes are geared towards the needs of the students. By the end, you will have cut straight pieces, circles, and everything in between. You will have use of our tools during class. No experience necessary.
Soldering Basics $45
Struggling with soldering? This basic foundations class will help you learn how to make a smooth bead. Bring in foiled pieces and we will work together as a group to increase our skills. Bringing tools and supplies is helpful to understanding your results.
